The MatchlabN Approach
Digital Fluency is a mindset which has to be continioulsy trained like learning a new language. That's why we have choosen a cohort-based community-driven approach. We bring together a divers group of members from different companies, industries and hierarchical levels and connect them with innovators from all over the world. The goal is to transform each individual into an Innovation Agent. Our community creates practice-relevant content that is updated daily and can keep up with the rapid pace of technology.

Membership includes participation in a 5-week cohort-based program as well as ongoing access to content in our community. Each quarter, MatchlabN hosts a new cohort with members who are diverse in industries, career levels, and life experiences. This enables revolutionary ideas, inclusive solutions, and boundless growth opportunities.
Implement what you have learned
By connecting experts from Silicon Valley and beyond as well as peers working on the same challenges, we build on top of everyone's insights to accelerate progress together. Collective Intelligence and collaboration becomes the main source of new knowledge, laying the groundwork for innovation and transformation in our community.
A safe space to foster experimentation & accountability
MatchlabN offers guided Mastermind Circles. In 90 day sprints, a group of peers experiment new ideas and hold each other accountable to set up bespoke innovation initatives for their business.
Make deeper, more authentic connections
Each quarter, we take our members on immersive, virtual Innovation Journeys around the world from the comfort of their home. To get ready for the future, MatchlabN members meet in-person once a year in California to create authentic, deep connections with peers and innovatos from Silicon Valley and beyond. .
